This is a fun and friendly 6-week exercise programme to help mums feel fit and healthy after giving birth.

We particularly welcome mums who have not exercised before. Sessions are adapted to suit all fitness levels and baby can come too. So come along and give it a go!

The sessions are free but we ask you to make a voluntary donation to help cover the costs.

When to join

You can return to exercise six weeks after the birth if you have had a normal delivery, or three months after the birth if you have had a C-section. (Please note: always check with a health professional before returning to exercise).

The sessions are run by a fully qualified and experienced YMCA personal trainer who specialises in prenatal and postnatal exercise.
