"I grew up and live in Thurrock with my husband, Sean and have 2 children, Hannah and Harrison. Leaving school at 16 I spent the first 12 years working in banking in London. Following the birth of my daughter and having attended antenatal classes with the NCT, I spent some time volunteering with the local NCT branch and at the end on my maternity leave took a leap a faith and retrained to become an a antenatal teacher. I completed my diploma in Antenatal Education in 2006 and have been running antenatal course ever since in Thurrock and the neighbouring areas of Brentwood, Basildon and Havering. In my spare time I enjoy reading, going to the theatre/cinema and playing tennis."
