A fun and friendly weekly online exercise group that helps expectant mums to keep healthy.
Running every Thursday for 6 weeks, starting Thursday 16th June 1:00pm- 2:00pm and costing only a £5 donation for the whole 6 weeks!

Exercise sessions are adapted to suit all stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels. Those who have never exercised before are particularly welcome so why not give it a go! You might surprise yourself!

Once you've completed the 6-week course, you can join an ongoing class from 1-3pm every Tuesday.

Sessions are led by Sally Taylor, a fully qualified YMCA Personal Trainer who specialises in pre and postnatal exercise. She has over 10 years’ experience of providing exercise sessions for pregnant women.
