Pregnancy Pals and Birth Buddies

You will want the best possible start for your baby and so do we.

"I was really nervous about everything. Having the peer support helped relieve my anxiety."

Every mum or dad has questions and may feel unsure or alone at times. We have all been there. That’s where Pregnancy Pals can really help. They live in the local community and give their time to help make becoming a parent an exciting time.

A Pregnancy Pal is 'someone in your corner' during your pregnancy and the early months after your baby is born.

"The support has been amazing. I was given lots of confidence that I wouldn’t otherwise have. She was a god send everybody should have this support."

A friendly listening ear over a cuppa and a chat can make all the difference.

"She was amazing her support and information was great. She went that extra mile... the support with my mental health and my feelings really stood out and her just being there for me."
