Postnatal Buggy Fit Classes in Wickford

Every Thursday at Wickford Memorial Park. Join us from 10.30am-12.00pm for the Peter Rabbit Trail.

We'll meet at Huttons cafe before working out together in the fresh air. Sally, our friendly fitness trainer will incorporate exercises along the way to strengthen your muscles after having your baby, leaving you feeling energised.

You need to have had your 6 week Postnatal checks before attending the class. You should wait for 6 weeks before attending the class if you've had a vaginal delivery and 12 weeks if you've had a c-section to give optimum time for recovery.
