Postnatal Exercise Sessions - Great after lockdown. Meet Other Mums. Feel fitter. Have a drink and chat.

Every Tuesday, 10.30am-12.30pm at St Catherine’s Hall, Southend Road, Wickford, SS11 8DZ.

Exercise sessions will be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before, come along and give it a go! You might surprise yourself!

When you sign up it entitles you to 8 sessions to take weekly. If your baby has an illness or an appointment and you have to miss a session, it is still valid for another time. You can bring your baby along to the class.

You need to have had your 6 week Postnatal checks before attending the class. You should wait for 6 weeks before attending the class if you've had a vaginal delivery and 12 weeks if you've had a c-section to give optimum time for recovery.
