A FREE, fun and friendly weekly exercise group that helps expectant mums to keep healthy.
All abilities welcome. Running every Tuesday, 9.30-11.30am.

Exercise sessions are adapted to suit all fitness levels.
Those who have never exercised before are particularly welcome so come along and give it a go!
You might surprise yourself!

Please check with your midwife that it is OK for you to exercise before you come along.

Sessions are led by Sally Taylor, a fully qualified YMCA Personal Trainer who specialises in pre and post natal exercise. She has over 10 years’ experience of providing exercise sessions for pregnant women.


We are currently unable to provide a crèche. If this prevents you from participating please let us know
