A FREE, fun and friendly weekly online exercise group that helps expectant mums to keep healthy.
Running every Thursday for 6 weeks, starting Thursday 16th July 10:00-11:30am.

Exercise sessions are adapted to suit all stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels. Those who have never exercised before are particularly welcome so why not give it a go!

Sessions are led by Sally Taylor, a fully qualified YMCA Personal Trainer who specialises in pre and post natal exercise. She has over 10 years’ experience of providing exercise sessions for pregnant women.
