Online exercise sessions to help you feel fit and healthy after giving birth

This FREE, fun and friendly 6-week exercise programme is for Basildon, Thurrock, and Castlepoint mums.

Mums outside of these areas can also join in, but we ask you to make a donation of £5 a session.

Sessions are run online on Facebook. Sally, our friendly fitness trainer, will contact you before you join the closed group.

If you had a normal delivery you can attend after your 6 week postnatal check. If you had a c-section you can attend after 3 months.

During each ongoing weekly exercise session you will:

  • Get to know other mums
  • Exercise for one hour (using different muscle groups for each session)
  • Learn how to do stretches that alleviate tension and tight muscles
  • Strengthen those all-important pelvic floor muscles
  • Finish with some relaxation

Each session builds on the previous one, so it is important to attend all six sessions to gain the full health benefits.
